America's Next Top Model Democracy
In a classic case of "suffering for your art," I watched three episodes of America's Next Top Model over the weekend and then wrote this.
A big "thanks" to The Queen, who first exposed me to the show. In much the same way that one person would expose another to tuberculosis.

I would pay money to watch that, LOL.
One question... which country do they go to for the "overseas test?" ;)
holy moly that is funny through-and-through.
"Bush: Yeah, that and a cup of coffee will get you a cup of coffee on the coffee store."
just one of my favorite moments.
oh, and don't try to pretend you didn't enjoy your "research" at least a tiny bit....
Brilliantly done. I love it.
As Bush would say, "You're doin' a heck of a job, Baldie."
That was hilarious! I can't wait to see the make-over episode when they give Mahmoud the "Mia Farrow from Rosemary's Baby" cut and he bursts out in tears. . .
Well done. Worthy of Stan Freberg, I think.
"Chávez [to camera]: Eloquence is of paramount importance to me. If you don’t like it, you can step off, beeotch."
I'll be laughing about that for weeks, probably.
But isn't the series where Iraq won 'America's Next Top Model Democracy' is soon to be retitled 'Project Runaway'?
Jade from Season whatever is my least favorite reality tv star of all-time.
My wife makes me watch the show. :/
That was truly beautiful. Made me laugh out loud more than ANYTHING I've read recently - personal favourite being the "Nuh-uh, boyfriend" of Ahmadinejad. So perfectly inappropriate.
But... um.. I know this is tiny, but dude, Iranians are Persian. And they get even more peeved than Canadians when they're confused with their neighbours. Also, Arabic's actually more similar to Hebrew than it is to Farsi (Persian), believe it or not.
Although... there's no way Cheney would know that, so.. carry on!
