I think 50 years from now historians are going to wonder why Santa gave away his geopolitical dominance to squirrelly and speculate on the awful possibility that Santa was developing mild dementia.

Not that Squirrelly isn't an unbelievable negotiator.

Awe, glad to see our old 1980's parental hand-me-down accent chair went to someone special.

I hope someone put a towel down for The Santa. And that Sq had a sweet xmas.

Wow! I thought the double post was embarrassing when I came back to check on my wacky post experience this morning. But THREE? Almost an hour later? That's a level of wackiness I just didn't expect.

Is that Sigur Ros commenting above or do I need to install a new Language Pack?

Very cool. We wish that more parents were so aware of what their child is most comfortable with and didn't force the "traditional" santa photo. You rock.

Tracy (& Jeni) who both have photos as kids of being terrorized by the funky, smelly, and let's face it - SUSPICIOUS character that our parents were apparently selling us to...

At the risk of sounding like a great-aunt: Oh, look how BIG Squiggle's gotten!!

Posted by: Karen on December 28, 2008 12:32 PM

Well, you got the Squiggle closer to Santa than my parents ever got me. Apparently, I did NOT want to sit on Santa's lap, ever.

Might I add that you are clearly never going to need to waste money on a paternity test. Geez, he's Mini-Me.

We will not appease the terrorists of the North Pole. The United States does not recognize this accord. Now where are some Arabs for me to torture in the last few days of my presidency?
